Hard Copy Permits Automatically Generated
Once a submission has been approved online by an Corridor Manager, the hard copy permits are automatically generated, which become available online for printing by the site contractor. The entire application and approval process is archived electronically for historical reference, including all paperwork, all associated e-mails and all uploaded drawings, test results, etc. There are no limits to the size or number of files that can be uploaded as part of the process. They are all fully archived as part of the historical record.
When an applicant notifies the Corridor Manager that a CAR is complete, and that the roadway has been restored to its prior condition, T3 automatically starts a warranty timeline period of the Corridor Manager's choosing. The Corridor Manager is automatically alerted at each step of the way, as well as in advance of warranty expiration, so that appropriate inspections can be carried out and their results uploaded into T3 for archiving.
