Personalised Task / Communication Panel
Both the Corridor Manager and Contractors have a Personalized Task and Communication Panel that in one place shows them the Project Statuses (Draft, Submitted, Approved, Rejected, Warranty, etc.) for each of the applications they are personally dealing with, as well as all of the new emails related to those applications. Double clicking on a project status line or an email automatically takes the user to the associated online paperwork for that application. This functionally can dramatically cut down on items slipping through the cracks, and can make staying on top of all the paperwork much easier. As mentioned earlier, Project Status is automatically tracked for each set of forms, with both the Corridor Manager and the applicant receiving ongoing feedback via e-mails and alerts regarding where they currently are in the process. All emails relating to any project are automatically linked to that project and archived as an ongoing part of that project.
